Dana Oldfather was born in Berea, Ohio in 1978.  She is a painter who has been in exhibitions in galleries and museums across Australia and the United States including The Butler Institute of American Art and MOCA Cleveland. She is proud to have been awarded the William and Dorothy Yeck Award for Young Painters in 2012, the Ohio Arts Council Individual Excellence Award in 2013, and honorable mentions in the David Bown Semiannual Competition in 2014 and 2015. Oldfather has been twice featured in the New York Times, and her work was published in The Art of Spray by Lori Zimmer of Art Nerd New York in 2017.  Oldfather is currently represented at The Bonfoey Gallery in Cleveland, OH, Zg Gallery in Chicago, IL, and Red Arrow Gallery in Nashville, TN. Her work has been exhibited at Texas Contemporary and Miami Project art fairs in 2016, and Art Palm Beach in 2017.  Dana Oldfather’s work is internationally collected privately and can be found in many public and corporate collections in the US including the Pizzuti Collection with The Joseph Editions, Eaton Corporation, MGM International in The Aria Hotel & Casino and The Bellagio Hotel & Casino, The Cleveland Clinic, Jones Day, and the prestigious Progressive Art Collection.  She currently works and lives in Cleveland, Ohio with her husband Randall and young son Arlo.
